About This Coffee

Hacienda Carmona is an estate located on the fertile slopes of the Hunahpú Volcano (Agua in Spanish) in the heart of the Antigua Valley, Guatemala. Coffee was first planted here in the 1800s. The farm produces Bourbon variety coffee, along with original Typica varieties that remain from the 1800s. The coffee is washed processed and grown at elevations between 1620-2000 meters. Flavor notes include plum, grape, and coffee blossom, creating a distinct and elegant flavor profile.
