A single-origin coffee from Finca Corral del Diablo, located in the Sierra Madre Occidental in Guerrero, Mexico, at an altitude of 1,150–1,200 meters above sea level. Operated by Darío Galeana and his son Iván, the farm grows varieties including Marsellesa, Anacafé 14, Catimor, Oro Azteca, Castillo, and Costa Rica. Cherries are hand-selected at peak ripeness and naturally dried on patios with mosquito netting and shade cloth for 15 to 21 days. Available as Natural Anacafé 14, Natural Bourbon, and Honey micro-lots.
