Hachi AME Natural Oxidative Gesha Panama

Hachi AME Natural Oxidative Gesha Panama

Taith Coffee

About This Coffee

A Gesha variety coffee from Jurutungo Farm in Panama, grown at 2000-2200 meters altitude. Processed using a natural oxidative method, which involves controlled fermentation in open or semi-open environments with regulated airflow to guide microbial and enzymatic activity. The farm is located in the remote Chiriquí highlands where steep terrain, persistent mist, and wide thermal swings slow cherry maturation. Flavor profile features cola herb, raspberry sorbet, and lemon verbena with wine-like depth and layered acidity. Roasted to an extremely light level, best suited for filter brewing.
