A limited edition from the "Reserve" collection of Hacienda La Papaya, located in the Andean region of Saraguro, Ecuador, at 1900–2100 meters altitude. The farm was founded by Juan Peña in 2010 and is known for its scientific approach, including drip irrigation, sensor monitoring, and controlled drying. This micro-lot features the Typica Mejorado variety processed naturally. Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and sorted multiple times. In the cup, it offers sweetness with vibrant notes of passion fruit and guava, supported by floral rose notes, a creamy body, and a long finish.
