This coffee is a single-origin Bourbon variety from Hacienda Sonora, Central Valley, Costa Rica, grown at 1,300 meters altitude on volcanic soils. It is processed using the natural method, involving slow sun drying of the cherry with fruit pulp initially retained, followed by pulping after 10-12 days. The coffee offers flavor notes of orange marmalade, honeycomb, and red grape, with a sweet and fruity profile and a creamy mouthfeel.
