Sonora SL28 - Costa Rica Filter

Sonora SL28 is a single origin coffee from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica's Central Valley, grown at 1300 m altitude on volcanic soil. The SL28 variety undergoes natural processing where coffee cherries dry with their fruit intact for 15 days, imparting tropical fruit flavors of nectarine, raspberry, and guava. It is a 100% Arabica coffee available as whole beans or ground for different filter brew methods.
