Haiti - Savane Zombie
Terminal 3About This Coffee
This coffee is grown in the Savane Zombie region of Haiti at 1300 meters above sea level. The varieties are Caturra and Typica, both Arabica species. It is processed using the washed method. The coffee features tasting notes of dark chocolate, toasted almond, and hojicha. It is a medium roast with exceptionally low acidity, offering a smooth and gentle cup. The coffee is produced by the Association des Paysans Agricoles de Savane-Zombi (APAS) cooperative, which compensates growers up to 300% above Fair Trade minimums. The beans are grown in Haiti's volcanic, nutrient-rich mountain soils, with cultivation influenced by Ethiopian coffee traditions.

Terminal 3
Terminal 3, operating under the name T3 Roasters, was founded in 2021 in Toronto by Mo Alzatmah and Horlick Ng. The travel and aviation theme frames coffee as a journey of global discovery, with coffee names referencing destinations and an interior styled with vintage travel posters and maps. They roast medium profiles across diverse origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, Brazil, and Indonesia. The philosophy is that coffee connects people to places they have never been, and every cup is treated as a kind of departure gate.
