About This Coffee

This annual holiday blend combines 50% Nicaragua Pacamara Microlot for acidity and juiciness, 30% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Worka Sakaro Anaerobic Natural (new crop) for spice and fruit flavors, and 20% Sumatra Mandheling for extra body and mellowness. The blend features flavor notes of blackberry, cherry, pineapple, Fuji apple with a smooth, full body and a touch of herbal finish. This is a complex, layered, juicy and sweet coffee.
