This coffee is a single origin filter roast from Piedras Amarillas farm in Santa Barbara, Honduras, owned by Elio Diaz. It consists of Bourbon and Pacas varieties grown at 1570-1660 meters altitude. The coffee is washed processed and roasted light to suit filter brewing, with flavor notes of lychee and stone fruit and a complex body.
