A single-origin coffee from the Valle Verde farm in Danli, El Paraiso, Honduras, grown at 1,440 meters above sea level by farmer Jose Irene Herrera. The Parainema variety is processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include caramel, chrysanthemums, yellow peach, nectarine, and black tea.
