Turm Kaffee

About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from the Coorg region of Karnataka, India, grown on large estates under shade trees at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,800 metres. After harvesting, ripe red cherries undergo the traditional monsooning process from June to September — stored in partially open-air halls at up to 90% humidity — causing the beans to swell and naturally reduce their acidity. The result is a rich, deep, syrupy sweetness with a robust body and exceptionally low acidity, featuring notes of roasted nuts, tobacco, and marzipan.
