A balanced blend from Brazil and Colombia created in collaboration with Ingegerd Petersson from Ingegerds Ostkaka. The Brazilian beans from Cerrado and Mogiana regions (800-1,250 meters) are Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties processed naturally, providing nutty and chocolatey flavors. The Colombian component comes from Hacienda La Rochela in Valle del Cauca (1,400-1,600 meters), featuring organically grown Castillo variety processed washed. Flavor profile includes milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut, sweet almond, red apple, and caramel notes.
