Standout Coffee

About This Coffee

This Carbonic Macerated Washed Gesha is crafted by Jamison Savage at Finca Deborah in Panama's Volcán, Chiriquí region at 1,800 meters altitude. The Green Tip Gesha variety undergoes carbonic maceration in sealed tanks with carbon dioxide circulation, followed by washed processing and dried on shaded African beds. The coffee presents a floral aroma with notes of lychee, tangerine, apricot, chamomile, and sugarcane sweetness, featuring high-quality acidity and a long, complex finish.
