About This Coffee

A Brazilian espresso roast from the Capim Branco farm, grown at 1,150 meters in the Minas Gerais region near Carmo do Paranaiba. The farm has been operated by the Andrade family since 1901 and is considered one of the oldest in the country. Producers Ismael and Eduardo Andrade are multiple-time Cup of Excellence award winners, including a 1st place in the Natural category in 2018. The coffee is a Yellow Catuai variety, processed naturally, and is 100% Arabica. Flavor notes include caramel, milk chocolate, and vanilla.
