This coffee is a Gesha variety from Janson Farms in Volcán, Chiriquí, Panama grown at 1600–1700 MASL. It undergoes a low-impact anaerobic natural processing with a 24-hour stainless steel barrel fermentation and 21 days drying on patio and raised beds. The flavor profile features floral hibiscus, tropical passion fruit, jammy red fruits like strawberry, fresh berries, and tropical mango notes with a juicy, complex body. It is a light roast with a clean-funky character.
