This coffee is a natural processed Gesha variety from Lote Numero 5 farm, located in Algeciras, Huila, Colombia at 1800 meters above sea level. It undergoes anaerobic fermentation for 90 hours and is dried for 14 days. The cup profile features white florals, stone fruit, tropical acidity, and flavors reminiscent of cherry pie and white-chocolate covered raisins.
