Jazz Fruits is a natural-processed Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama Bensa region at 2000 meters altitude. This coffee is sourced from the Iron Lion community lot in collaboration with Daye Bensa, featuring local landraces variety. The coffee presents a juicy and fruity profile with creamy chocolate notes, offering strawberry, white chocolate, and orange flavor characteristics.
DAK Coffee Roasters began in Amsterdam in 2019, when the two Montreal-born founders Louis and Veronique started selecting adventurous, high‑quality green beans and developed creative roasting profiles to accentuate origin character.
