This Geisha from Jose Joaquin Bolaños is grown in San Agustin, Huila, Colombia at 1770 m and processed as a double-fermented washed lot (48 hours anaerobic fermentation in cherry, then 48 hours anaerobic fermentation in mucilage). The lot was dried on shaded raised beds and green coffee is frozen for storage. Tasting notes include lemongrass, clementine, apricot, rose and Assam tea; harvest August 2024, lot size 70 kg.
