This single origin coffee from Guatemala is produced by Tony Medina at approximately 1,700 meters above sea level in the Chimaltenango region. It is a washed Caturra variety that offers a clean cup with acidity that stands out early and carries well as the coffee ages. When fresh, the coffee shows complexity alongside bright, juicy citrus notes and a notably heavy mouthfeel. With age, the acidity softens while flavor clarity and intensity become more pronounced. The coffee features flavor notes of dried apricot, hazelnut, and milk chocolate.
