About This Coffee

A box set containing two 100g single-variety coffees from La Palma y el Tucán in Cundinamarca, Colombia (1750 MASL). Both lots—Sidra and Gesha—were processed with La Palma’s proprietary Bioinnovation washed method (extended anaerobic fermentation in buried clay pots, aerobic mucilage oxidation, and long drying). Sidra shows spiced pear, tepache, grilled peach, dark honey, and a round full body; Gesha is floral with jasmine, wildflower honey, oolong tea, and complex citrus acidity. Roast: Light.
