This limited Valentine's release coffee is a Geisha variety grown at Las Margaritas farm in Cerro Azul, Valle De Cauca, Colombia, at 1550-1650 meters elevation. Produced by Café Granja La Esperanza, a family-run estate with roots dating back to the 1930s. The coffee undergoes a Hybrid Washed process featuring two-stage fermentation: first fermentation in whole cherry for 19-22 hours, then de-pulped without water and a second fermentation in parchment for 35 hours, all temperature-controlled, followed by careful washing and slow drying. Flavor profile includes delicate florals, bergamot, black tea, white sugar, and sweet peach lemonade finish.
