This single-origin Honduras coffee from Finca Los Lirios (Marcala, La Paz) is a washed Catuai processed with depulping, mechanical mucilage removal, overnight fermentation, washing and sun drying. Medium roast with bright acidity, stone fruit and apricot notes, praline pecan sweetness and a smooth milk-chocolate body.
