About This Coffee

A single-origin espresso from the Patlanalan community in Quimixtlan, Puebla, in the Veracruz mountains of Mexico, grown at 1600–1800 MASL by various smallholder producers. Varieties include Mundo Novo, Sarchimor, and Yellow Caturra, grown on steep slopes alongside native shade trees. Processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include golden raisin, honeydew melon dipped in milk chocolate, and fire-roasted marshmallow. The profile is described as silky, sweet, and rich with a balanced, layered, and structured character.
