A specialty coffee from the Tingambato, Uruapan zone of Michoacán, Mexico, grown at 1,500 meters above sea level by producer Gonzalo Vega of the Café Perrón project. The coffee is sourced through the Arábica Colimota project directed by Hugo Salazar, which supports specialty coffee production across Jalisco, Colima, Nayarit, and Michoacán. Made from Typica and Bourbon varieties and processed using the natural/dry method.
