A natural-processed coffee from the Parak collective in El Testerazo, Tacambaro, Michoacán, Mexico, grown at 2,100 meters above sea level on volcanic soil. Produced by the Miranda family (Familia Miranda) and led by Luis and Alfredo Miranda, this coffee is made from Typica and Bourbon varieties, selected as ripe cherries and processed using the traditional dry/natural method. Parak practices sustainable polyculture farming to protect soil health and support smallholder producers in the region.
