This single-origin Bourbon from Huaynapata, Yanatile in Cusco, Peru is grown at about 2,000m on the Mesapata farm. It was floated, manually depulped, sealed-barrel fermented for 39 hours, fully washed and dried on raised beds. Expect a sweet, medium-light-bodied cup with mangosteen, chirimoya, candied chestnut and butterscotch notes.
