Peru Rodriguez de Mendoza GR 1 Organic

Peru Rodriguez de Mendoza GR 1 Organic is a washed Arabica coffee from the Rodríguez de Mendoza area in the Amazonas region of Peru, produced by a cooperative of approximately 360 smallholder farmers. Grown at 1500–1800 m above sea level, the lot includes Typica, Bourbon and Catimor varieties. Tasting notes highlight milk chocolate, dried apricot and caramel; available in light to medium roast levels.
