This coffee is produced by Finca Lérida, located in Alto Quiel, Bajo Boquete, Panamá at 1,750 meters elevation. It is the Gesha variety processed using the honey method, harvested in February 2024 and imported by Yun Dian Coffee Bean Co. The honey processing technique involves leaving the mucilage on the bean during drying, resulting in a sweeter, more complex cup profile. The Gesha cultivar is renowned for its delicate, floral characteristics and tea-like body.
