Toby's Estate CoffeeAbout This Coffee
This coffee comes from the Ndundu factory, part of the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society, the largest cooperative in Kiambu County, Kenya. The cooperative has recently upgraded infrastructure across its washing stations with retiled channels and tanks, plus sturdier metal drying tables. Produced by smallholder farmers, this washed coffee features SL 28, SL 34, Batian, and Ruiru 11 varieties. The flavor profile includes lime, blackcurrant, and dark chocolate, with clear citric notes alongside berries. The coffee is clean, elegant, and crisp, with acidity that feels integrated but still quite intense.
