This coffee is a naturally processed Sidra variety from El Diviso farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. Produced by Nestor Lasso, Adrian Lasso, and Jhoan Vegara, this coffee features tasting notes of Pomegranate, Grapefruit, Marshmallow, and Dark Chocolate. The farm has gained international recognition, with microlots used in European barista competitions including winning First place at Brewers Cup Ireland.
