About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from Finca La Bastilla in Jinotega, Nicaragua at 1300-1500 meters altitude. It includes Caturra and Catuai varietals processed with an anaerobic yeast fermentation method. The light roast yields a syrupy cup with tropical and fruity notes of pomegranate, peach, and papaya.
