This coffee is a Geisha varietal from Finca Nuguo in the Jurutungo area of Renacimiento, Chiriquí, Panama. The farm is owned and operated by José "Pocho" Gallardo and is situated at elevations ranging from 1,750 to 1,950 meters above sea level, near La Amistad International Park. The coffee undergoes a natural fermentation process, with cherries fermented at 32°C for 3.5 to 4 days, followed by temperature-controlled drying at 24°C with 60% humidity until reaching 14% humidity, then further drying at 28°C until achieving 11% humidity. The cup profile features rose aromatics with lychee and lemon notes, finishing with fruit punch characteristics. The coffee secured 1st place in the 2021 Best of Panama competition for Geisha Natural.
