A honey-processed coffee from El Potrero, Santiago Atitlán Mixes, in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, grown at 1,508 meters above sea level. Produced by Doña Adelina Camacho, a Mixe producer, together with her daughter and granddaughter. Ripe cherries are harvested, floated, then fermented for 26 hours before honey processing. Dried under 60% shade mesh for 12–15 days. Varietals are Typica and Bourbon. Flavor notes include chocolate and raspberry.
