This Panama Geisha from the Altieri family is grown in Boquete at 1700 masl and processed as a dry-ferment natural. The Geisha (Coffea arabica) shows floral and fruity clarity with geranium and lilac aromatics, blueberry, white grape and red currant sweetness, cane sugar body, and bright pineapple and orange acidity. Sold as green (unroasted) beans.
