A limited Honey-processed Geisha from Panama, grown at El Santo farm in the Boquete region at 1750 meters altitude. Produced by Chevas using a cold-room slow-drying honey method where cherries ferment and dry under controlled low-temperature conditions, preserving floral aromatics while building concentrated sweetness and depth. This lot displays the signature elegance of high-elevation Boquete with silky texture, high clarity, and vibrant fruit layers. Flavor notes include white flower, blueberry, red grape, and peach.
