About This Coffee

Baroida Estate is located in the Kainantu District of the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea at 1750-1849 meters elevation. The estate was founded by Ben Colbran in the 1960s and is currently run by his son, Nichol, who bought the farm back in 1997. The name Baroida comes from the 'Baroida Spirit' believed by locals to reside in a large immovable river rock sitting in the middle of one of the main rivers flowing through the estate. White Horse Coffee

White Horse Coffee began its journey in 2008 when founders Matt and Dom opened a single espresso bar in Sutherland. Their founding value, which still drives them today, is the continual search for the best coffee in the world to roast, brew, and share with their community. Their roasting philosophy is to always adapt, recognizing that coffee is a product of nature that changes from year to year. They are committed to never stop learning and adapting to keep each coffee experience special.
