This coffee is a Papua New Guinea single origin from the Wahgi Valley region at 1,500-1,600 meters altitude. It is a washed coffee produced by Sigri Estate (天堂鳥莊園), featuring Typica variety. The coffee is a rare peaberry (PB) varietal. Flavor notes include deep fruit characteristics with red sugar sweetness and a rich, smooth, full-bodied cup.
