About This Coffee

Pepe Jijón is a Sidra variety coffee from Finca Soledad in Imbabura, Ecuador (1515 masl), produced by Pepe Jijón. It is processed with a Wave Honey method: cherries ferment 72 hours in tanks, then are dried slowly in a dark room with intermittent temperatures for up to 50 days, and stabilised in grainpro bags for one month. Tasting notes: Elstar apple, lemon verbena and honey. Available roasted for both filter and espresso.
