A washed Sidra offering from Finca Soledad in Imbabura, Ecuador (1515 masl). This lot is a blend of two Sidra micro-lots (one oxidized, one anaerobic washed). Expect bright, clean stone fruit and citrus character—apricot and lime zest—balanced by wildflower-honey sweetness, subtle lemongrass herbality, and green grape notes.
