Single-origin Typica Mejorado from Finca Soledad, Imbabura, Ecuador (1515 masl). Wave Nature processed (submerged + anaerobic fermentation, then sun and controlled drying) producing a bright, floral and tropical cup with blackberry, mango, guava, jasmine and lemonade acidity. Light roast with delicate to medium body and subtle spice.
