About This Coffee

A washed coffee from the Jaén region of Cajamarca, northern Peru, grown at 1750–2000 meters altitude. Sourced from 8 small-scale producers farming on rich volcanic soils. Varieties include Catuai, Pache, and Caturra. Processed using hand pulpers, fermentation tanks, and raised drying beds. Flavor profile features milk chocolate, nuts, hibiscus, and green apple. Suitable for all filter brewing methods including Solo Dripper, V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and French Press.

Father's Coffee Roastery

RepublicThis Ostrava based family roastery was founded in 2017 by husband and wife duo Petr and Marie, who previously worked as baristas at Berlin's Five Elephant cafe. What started as a small family business with dad roasting and mom tasting while the kids watched has grown to a team of over 10 people with a Prague showroom opening in Bubenč. They roast on an American made five pound Diedrich IR-5 roaster with quality as their number one priority, offering regularly rotating harvests from around the world. Their Mothership espresso blend has become beloved by baristas and home enthusiasts for its full creamy body and milk chocolate flavor.
