This coffee is a single origin from Chota, Cajamarca, Peru, grown at 2300 meters altitude. It undergoes a fermentation process in cement tanks for 48–50 hours and is dried using solar dryers, African beds, or patios depending on weather. It is a light to medium roast with flavor notes of caramel sauce, nut butter, and green apple desserts, reflecting a rich and vibrant profile from an organic, off-the-beaten-path region.
