Pineapple Pop is a single origin coffee from Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1730 meters above sea level on the 14-hectare Monteblanco Farm, located near the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park and the Suaza River Valley. Produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia, this coffee uses the Purple Caturra varietal and is processed using an anaerobic washed method. It has a light/medium roast with a fruit-forward profile featuring dominant pineapple notes and sweet buttery undertones. Cup score: 86.75.
