Fxzzy Peach is a single-origin Colombian coffee produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia at Finca Monteblanco in the Pitalito region, situated at 1730 meters above sea level near the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park. The coffee is a Caturra-Bourbon varietal processed using a co-fermented washed method. Roasted light/medium for filter brewing, it presents a syrupy mouthfeel with tasting notes of Peach Candy, Lemon Iced Tea, Mango, and Pineapple. Cup score: 88.75.
