This single origin coffee is from the Nyamiyaga coffee central washing station in the Kamonyi region of Rwanda, located a couple of hours from Kigali. The coffee is grown at elevations between 1250-1550 meters above sea level by over 2000 growers who supply cherries to the station. The washing station is managed by RWACOF, the sister company of Sucafina. This Bourbon varietal coffee is naturally processed and features flavor notes of Paw Paw, Rockmelon, and Guava, with pronounced sweetness balanced by guava-like acidity. It is roasted as an espresso roast.

After more than eight years of preparation, Manta Ray Coffee Roasters opened their flagship roastery in Nunawading, Melbourne, in October 2022. The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process. Drawing on a background in film color grading, the team approaches roasting as a form of creative expression, seeking to reveal depth and character in every batch. Award winners at the 2019 Roasters Smackdown and 2023 ASCA competitions, they offer their signature Outsider Blend alongside rotating single origins and an automated pour over experience at the bar.
