Santa Teresa is a Typica Mejorado from Roger Urena Hidalgo & family in Tarrazú (Dota), Costa Rica, grown at 1850–2050 m. Processed as Yellow Honey, it presents floral and berry-forward notes, pink grapefruit, cranberry, jasmine and blackcurrant, with a balanced body from a traditional slow roast, well suited to filter methods.

Supremo Coffee Roasters is a proper family affair, launched by the Braune clan back in 2005 in Unterhaching after they fell in love with the California coffee scene and decided to bring that high-quality vibe home to Germany.
