SEIKA Blend is a seasonal medium roast (3.5) blend combining coffees from the Dominican Republic, China (Yunnan), and Ethiopia. Components include a natural-processed lot from the Dominican Republic, a triple‑fermentation natural from Yunnan SILANJIA, a washed Yirgacheffe (Idido), and a Guji Shakiso natural. The cup highlights cassis and blueberry with tart cranberry, hints of ginger and lemon, and a sweet grape‑juice finish.
