OUTOU Blend is a December seasonal blend combining Ethiopian Guji (Shakiso) naturals, a Pu'er triple-fermentation natural from China, and a Colombian Passion Fruit honey lot. It is roasted to a medium level and presents vibrant fruit-forward character: cassis, grape and blueberry up front, sparkling rosé–like acidity with raspberry notes, and a smooth honeyed finish. Recommended for espresso and various filter methods, it emphasizes bright, juicy sweetness and gentle acidity.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
