This coffee is a Papayo variety grown by Wilton Benitez at the Granja Paraíso 92 farm in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of approximately 2000 meters, this coffee undergoes a thermal shock processing method. It is a light roast offering a complex flavor profile characterized by notes of tropical fruit and lavender.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots. With head roaster Jessie leading the vision, they believe all coffees should be drunk with excitement, sourcing some of the most adventurous varietals and processes in the coffee landscape.
