Strawberry Shadow
modcup CoffeeAbout This Coffee
This Colombian blend combines coffees from Huila and Quindío regions at elevations of 1,750–2,000 meters. The Huila component is a washed coffee from the Equation Coffee Cooperative, developed for chocolate depth. The Quindío component comes from Edwin Noreña's Finca Campo Hermoso, processed using honey mosto carbonic maceration for fruit-forward intensity. The blend features Castillo, Caturra, and Typica varieties. The flavor profile showcases dark chocolate, jammy strawberry, and vanilla notes with a full, velvety body and lingering cacao and berry finish.
